Reservations and/or cancellations MUST BE MADE no later than 12 Noon on the Thursday before the meeting. If we do not receive your cancellation by then, you will be charged for the meal. Dinner Cost - $15.00

Standing Rule 4.G - Miscellaneous Chapter Meeting Expenses

1.) Dinners: If a cancellation is not received prior to the date and time designated per month before the scheduled meeting, all members and non-members will be billed for the dinner.
2.) Facility/Program Expenses: To cover facility/program expenses, a minimum $5.00 will be charged to all members and non-members who attend a regular monthly chapter meeting but do not participate in the dinner.
