Reservations and/or cancellations MUST BE MADE no later than 12 noon on the Thursdays.  If we do not receive your cancellation by then, you will be charged for the meal.   Dinner Cost - $15.00

Standing Rule 4.G - Miscellaneous Chapter Meeting Expenses

1.)  Dinners:  If a cancellation is not received prior to the date and time designated per month before the scheduled meeting, all members and non-members will be billed for the dinner.
2.)  Facility/Program Expenses:  To cover facility/program expenses, a minimum $5.00 will be charged to all members and non-members who attend a regular monthly chapter meeting but do not participate in the dinner.

Monthly business/dinner meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month, September through June
